Hi, I'm İpek — a nutritionist with a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics (graduated 2022) and a passion for helping people create meaningful, lasting changes through food.
From the very start of my career, I immersed myself in seminars and conferences on sports nutrition, women’s health, the psychology of eating, and plant-based living. These experiences showed me how profoundly food shapes not just our bodies, but our mindset, daily energy, and long-term sense of wellbeing.
