I graduated with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2022, and from the very beginning, I immersed myself in a wide range of seminars and conferences—from sports nutrition and women’s health to psychology and plant-based approaches. These experiences shaped my understanding of how deeply food influences not only our bodies, but our mindset, lifestyle, and long-term wellbeing.

My approach today blends scientific knowledge with a calm, elevated touch. I believe nutrition should feel personal, supportive, and empowering—never overwhelming. Through thoughtful, tailored guidance, I help clients create sustainable habits that feel aligned with their goals, their lifestyle, and the version of themselves they want to grow into.
